Fresh from a national tour with Eric Idle, one of the founding members of Monty Python, Phil is ready for more. As the woodwind player/featured soloist for "Eric Idle Exploits Monty Python", Phil shared the stage with world renowned performers Clint Black, Art Garfunkle, Robin Williams, and Monty Python's Terry Jones, performing in many distinguished theaters across America including Carnegie Hall, the Warner Theater in Washington DC, the Universal Amphitheater in LA. He also performed on the "Donny and Marie" show and Comedy Central's "Canned Ham".

As a sideman in the LA area for the last ten years, Phil has played casuals, salsa, R&B, blues, jazz, swing, and rock 'n roll. He has performed at the LA Sports Arena, House of Blues, the Conga Room as well as other venues in LA, San Francisco and Palm Springs.

During this 10-year period Phil has played with the best salsa artists alive. He has toured with the "Queen of Salsa" Celia Cruz. And as a hired gun, Phil has performed with merengue star Olga Tanon at the 1999 Latin Music Awards, has opened for Tito Puente, flute legend Johnny Pacheco at the Latin Quarter in New York City, and for Pancho Sanchez at the Venezuelan Flood Relief Benefit January 2000.

Phil has also been featured in several critically acclaimed LA theater productions. He was the woodwind player for the 1999 Ovation Award winning comedy musical Reefer Madness. And, on tenor sax, Phil composed and performed for the 1995 Dryland Theatre Company production of Sam Shepard's Angel City.
